Harry Bell - CEO & Chief Creative Strategist

After decades as a successful lawyer Harry F. Bell, Jr. decided it was time to change careers. Not one to sit on his laurels, this proud Charleston, West Virginia native created Almost Heaven Media, LLC, in early 2017 as a digital advertising company dedicated to helping clients successfully navigate the world of digital and social media advertising.

The same drive and energy that led Harry to be recognized as a Super Lawyer® by Super Lawyers Magazine and the American Trial Lawyer Association to name him as one of the Top 100 Civil Trial Lawyers® in West Virginia is now focused on building client businesses through digital and social media platforms.

Harry graduated from West Virginia University College of Business with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree Cum laude in Economics, followed by his J.D. degree from the West Virginia University College of Law.

Upon graduation he returned to Charleston and embarked on a distinguished law career that encompassed corporate defense, complex litigation including mass torts, class actions and Federal multi-district litigation leadership.

After selling his law firm in 2016 Harry became of counsel and transitioned into new roles in the business community. He is a mentor with The Founder Institute of Palo Alto, CA and also serves on the board of a sports technology company along with various non-profit boards. After three decades of working with persuasion in jury trials and connecting with clients and jurors, he has leveraged his interest in advanced technologies to advance awareness and action for businesses utilizing digital media.

In April 2019 Harry received In Place Impact's certification for the state of West Virginia. Harry will be using Impact's blueprint to build Impact Circular Economies in communities throughout the state of West Virginia. The goal is to help communities in West Virginia become socially, economically and environmentally sustainable for all of their residents.

Creativity and action are his hallmarks, ensuring clients secure the most effective ROI in the digital and social media universe is his goal.

  4. Who would play you in a movie: I’d ike to think Robert Redford or Kevin Costner but Vince Vaughan would be the pick of the casting director.  
  5. Favorite outdoor smell: Burning logs on a crisp fall evening or eucalyptus trees.
